HOLD your place and help us plan!  Pre-Register Today Below!   We encourage you to please pre-register yourself and your church group electronically by filling out the form below, it will save us a lot of time and energy.  Then simply mail the deposit ($20 per person).  OR, you may print and mail or fax this form.  Note, you may register some folks now and some later, its not a problem.  2012 preregistration form for churches and individuals (or register below)…

Who is invited:   Women!  Come as an individual or as a group with your church!

Cost:  $155 for Cabin Space (community style, up to 10 per cabin)  $165 for Lodge Semi-Private rooms.  Includes overnight accommodations, materials, and great food:  Friday evening dinner – Sunday lunch (6 meals)

Gilmont Women’s Retreat Pre-Registration for Groups and Individuals

  • note, a “Contact” is a group member who will volunteer to serve as a point person for your church group. If you are preregistering as an individual, you will be your own contact person, thanks! You may register up to 3 Guests with this form. If you are the Group Contact, register yourself as Guest 1. If you have more than 3, simply submit another form online, thanks!









  • If you are the Group Contact Person, please enter your information first as Guest #1 :-)
  • Please note, groups who want to stay together need to request cabin space together (up to 10 per cabin). Let us know if some of your ladies have limited mobility so that we can meet their needs as well.


  • If you choose to stay in a semi-private room, who would you like to have as a room mate? If you don’t know at this time, you may tell us later.
  • This will help us to make sure we are meeting the needs of Guest 1.

  • New addition to the event: We are planning a “Stuff We’re Made Of” Fair for an evening of share time. Please bring something to share if you enjoy making something either to sell or just to show! Call us if you have questions
  • A $20 deposit per person is required to hold your place. Mail to Gilmont at 6075 State Hwy 155 N Gilmer, Texas 75644. Be sure to designate Womens Retreat, Church Name and the names of the ladies you have registered online with the check.
